We are seeking collaborations and useful partnerships that will help us in achieving our objectives.
We believe that partnerships are necessary in this journey and we passionately ask you to support our course. Together, we can make a difference.

What People Think About Us
BDEI is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities in Nigeria. The NGO has been in operation for 15 years and has made a significant impact in the lives of those it serves.
Here are some of our motivations:
1. Service Impact: Members of the BDEI team are passionate about their work and are committed to ensuring that the communities they serve receive the necessary aid to improve their livelihoods. We are motivated by the impact we make in the lives of people.
2. Innovation: BDEI is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the services it provides. We believe that through the use of the right innovative tools, we will be able to have a more positive impact in the lives of our people.
3. Transparency: BDEI is transparent about its finances and operations; this enables our stakeholders to trust the us and our intentions.
4. Well-Structured Organogram: The BDEI team has a well-structured organizational structure, which ensures that everyone knows their roles and responsibilities. This also helps us to monitor the activities of each team member and help where necessary.
5. Collaborative Partnerships: BDEI is a collaborative organization; we are always willing to work with other NGOs and development organizations to achieve our goals. We are of the opinion that achieving the Sustsianble Development Goals (SDGs) cannot be done alone; partners, governments, private sector players and everyone must work together to advance our collective drive and aspirations.
However, BDEI like many non-profit organizations are constrained in a number of ways and these include:
1. Limited Resources: BDEI does not have endless resources, and this can be a limiting factor when it comes to providing aid and services to people. However, we believe that with right partnerships, we can be able to increase the scope of our humanitarian and empowerment activities.
2. Limited Reach: BDEI’s reach is limited to a few areas within Nigeria, leaving some communities out of our scope. We plan on increasing the scale of our programmes in order to be able to reach out to more people and providing more services.
3. Over-Dependency: Those who benefit from BDEI’s services can become too dependent on the NGO’s services; this can hamper independence. We believe that we can overcome this by enhancing our training programmes and helping to set up our trainees.
Overall and at BDEI, we believe in making lasting positive impacts in our communities by promoting training and skills development, providing social and economic empowerment for our women and youths, and advocating for a better, safer and sustainable environment.
